RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love everything you find at Retropolistic. But if something’s off, we’re here to make it right.

🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition (unused, with tags, and original packaging)

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at hellothere@retropolistic.com with your order details.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address and a prepaid return label if applicable.

⚠️ Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and can’t be returned:

  • Custom or artist-made items marked as non-returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Perishable, personal care, or hazardous goods (if applicable)

🔁 Exchanges

Want something else instead?
The easiest way is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval

  • If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen your refund, email us at hellothere@retropolistic.com.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return your item within 14 days — no questions asked. Standard return eligibility applies.
